BBQ Ham

2 Tbsp butter
1/2 c celery- chopped
1 onion- diced
3/4 c water
1 can tomato soup
1 c ketchup
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp worchestersire sauce
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt and pepper
whole ham - sliced

Combine all ingredients except ham in a sauce pan and simmer until warm. Layer sliced ham and sauce in crock pot and cook on low all day. Serve on rolls.
