Alfredo Sauce

1 cube butter
1/2 pint whipping cream
2 tsp garlic
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 c grated fresh parmesean cheese

melt butter in large pan then add garlic. Add softened cream cheese and stir until smooth. Add whipping cream and let thicken. Add parmesean cheese and let it melt.
