1 package noodles
6 Tbsp butter
1 8 oz container of sour cream
1 C heavy cream
1 C grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp chopped chives
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Melt butter in a large saucepan, blend in sour cream. Stir and cook over low heat. Stir in heavy cream then add cheese. Add all other ingredients. Cook until cheese melts. Serve over cooked noodles.
